There is a gap in my panel joints

REASON

The depth of the route is too shallow, the depth of route should be 9mm.

Channel Lock is not inserted flush into the edge of the part.

SOLUTION

Measure panel thickness before sending files to the CNC Machine. Check to make sure the tool length is correct for your CNC machine. If using a floating head make sure the floating head is pressing down on the material.

Check the depth of the horizontal hole. It should be at least 21mm deep. If a manual boring machine is used to drill all holes at 27mm deep. Make sure Channel Lock is inserted flush into the edge of the part.
