Starboard & Phenolic E900BM or E900BMMini Keyhole Slot

To avoid chipping re-melt and difficulty cleaning out the keyhole slot in plastic or phenolic dense material try doing two passes, the first with a 5mm Acrylic bit the second with the Lockdowel bit.
